That's right – we are a large traditional bank (actually a financial group) that has been operating for more than 50 years. But we don't stick to traditions that much. On the contrary, we try to digitize everything and use artificial intelligence to make it easier for clients to reach us. But even without that, they can always find us easily. We are practically on every corner with 1,000 ATMs and 200 branches – and that is the tradition that we cannot allow to be broken. IT and branches are our strongest teams, which is why we are often looking for colleagues for them.
