You program in Python and have already implemented AI projects. Frameworks like Pydantic AI or similar are familiar to you, and you've also gained experience with SQL and vector databases. • You evaluate critically and systematically. RAG systems, agentic workflows, intelligent document processing – you develop robust AI systems that master complex regulatory challenges. • You understand AI in detail. Embeddings, vector databases, retrieval architectures, AI agents – you not only implement but understand the mathematical and technical foundations behind them. • You develop evaluation frameworks. Benchmarking, quality metrics, systematic evaluation – you make AI quality measurable and drive continuous improvement. • You optimize AI performance and security. From latency optimization to cost management to AI safety and local deployment – you get the maximum out of our systems and make them secure. • You drive AI innovation forward.
