We are looking for an Applications Manager with Italian language skills (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Work location: Frauenfeld area Responsibilities: • Supporting and advising our customers via remote maintenance and phone, in German and Italian • Conducting courses for Perigon users • Installation, technical updates, and parameterization of Perigon Health • Assisting new customers with installation and basic training of all program modules • Regular user training and customer appointments on-site throughout German-speaking Switzerland as well as in Italian-speaking regions Your profile: • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the IT field • Good language skills in German and Italian • Understanding of Swiss dialect • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland • Accounting knowledge is an advantage • Training in the IT sector (e.g., media technician) or support experience is an advantage • Enjoy interacting with customers
