What Awaits You: - Work at construction sites across Germany - Rotational work schedule - Electrical installations in industrial buildings, commercial spaces, or residential units - Working based on technical documentation - Chasing, grooving, chiseling, and breaking - Cable pulling, structured cabling, and cable routes - Installation and connection of distribution boards, lights, sockets, switches, etc. - Low-voltage and high-voltage equipment - Filling out work reports and logs (electrical supervisors only) - Team leadership (electrical supervisors only) - Communication on-site in German or English (electrical supervisors only) What We Expect from You: - Vocational training in the electrical field and professional knowledge - At least 2 years of long-term experience - Hard work ethic, reliability, responsibility, independence, and discipline - Adaptability, creativity, and ability to work under pressure - Loyalty and professional conduct - Own car (not mandatory) - Own tools (only for freelancers) - Czech language at least at A1 – beginner level (only for foreigners) - Leadership skills and natural authority (electrical supervisors only) - Excellent communication skills (electrical supervisors only) - German/English required (electrical supervisors only) What We Can Offer: - Option to work under ŽL, HPP, or DPP - Above-standard financial remuneration (50,000 – 125,000 CZK/month) - Decent accommodation close to construction sites (paid by our company) - Travel allowance (only for HPP and DPP) - Optional online German language course!!!
