Job Description: • Managing technical and technological procedures in the field of technical facility management for shopping centers/industrial areas/office buildings. • Planning, organizing, and managing the work of individual maintenance staff and all types of services at the customer’s property in compliance with applicable laws, corporate regulations, and contractual agreements. • Ensuring occupational health and safety (BOZP) and fire protection (PO). • Monitoring and managing contracts and handling EMS, QMS documentation. What we expect from our professional in this field: • High school or university degree in a technical field. • English at a B2 level. • Experience and knowledge in building technical management for at least 3 years. • Flexibility in thinking and openness to change. • Decisiveness, ability to take responsibility, independence, and professionalism. • Ability to work in a team and handle stress. • Good knowledge of MS Office. • Group B driver’s license, active driver. • Experience managing specialized contracts – an advantage.
