We want to continue developing our e-commerce platform, and that is why we are looking for you, our new IT Product Owner. We love music and everything around it. Since entering the market in 2000, we have gradually climbed to the position of number one in the Czech Republic in selling this commodity. Apart from serving the domestic market, we also cater to customers in 11 other countries. Currently, more than 160 employees take care of the operations of the e-shop and physical stores (in Prague and Brno). We are the largest seller of this commodity, and you can be one of us too. :-) **HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?** - Experience in managing a digital product in the e-commerce sector. - Experience with agile development of digital products (Scrum, Lean). - Analytical thinking and ability to work with data. - Excellent communication skills — you can align the interests of business, development, and the customer. - Familiarity with UX principles and user research. - Ideally, experience with tools like JIRA, Productboard, Google Analytics, Clarity. - Basic understanding of the technical background of web applications (you don't have to be a developer, but you know what API, frontend/backend, etc. entail). - You’re a team player and a fair partner. **WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?** - Responsibility for managing and delivering modifications and improvements to our e-shop. - Creating and managing the product backlog. - Close collaboration during discovery with the product team — product manager, UX designer, business analyst. - Communication with the development team, company management, and external partners. - Web analytics (Smartlook, Google Analytics). **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** - A varied and creative role with a real impact and purpose.
