We are looking for an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Work Location: Area of Frauenfeld and Zurich **Responsibilities:** • You are responsible for the network and server maintenance of the cloud platform • You implement our cloud platforms according to a standard and are responsible for their operation and maintenance • You assist in the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of our cloud services with project collaboration for customer assignments and cloud platform migrations • Compliance with ISO 27001 & ISMS guidelines • IT support • Development of existing processes • Automation of new and existing processes using PowerShell **Your Profile:** • Completed basic education as an IT specialist in systems engineering and continuous training in cloud services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Server, Active Directory & network technology • Experience in direct customer contact • Very good knowledge in Windows Server & network technology • Ideally, you have experience in the operation and setup of Microsoft 365 services such as Azure Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune • Basic knowledge of Linux server administration, PowerShell & scripting is an advantage • Very good German language skills and good English skills (B1 level)
