Medior/Senior PHP Developer (M/F) - Brno Brno-City We are looking for an experienced PHP developer to join our team, someone who is eager to contribute to projects, share their knowledge, and participate in the development of a high-impact internal application! What will you be doing? • Developing a new version of a key internal application used by hundreds of users to support important processes within our company. • Collaborating with a team that includes front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, a technical lead, and a product manager. • Having the opportunity to influence technical and UX decisions within the team. • Participating in daily scrums, working based on stories in JIRA, and documenting in Confluence. • Conducting code reviews and engaging in live communication both in person and via Slack/Teams. • Taking responsibility for the back-end of a complex internal web application. • Working with key users, mentoring junior colleagues, and sharing know-how. What are we expecting from you? • Advanced knowledge of PHP and experience with a major framework (we use Symfony). • Proficiency in working with relational databases (ORM, migrations, logging, caching, etc.). • Awareness of current best practices in the PHP ecosystem, as well as in data security and protection. • A desire for professional growth, team collaboration, and understanding user needs. • English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation. Willingness to be present in the office in Brno 4 days a week. What do we offer?
