You will be in contact with clients and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of assigned properties and contributing to the overall quality of services provided. What will be your responsibilities? • Ensuring the smooth operation and management of assigned properties. • Overseeing security and maintenance services – quality and efficiency control. • Team leadership – recruiting, training, and managing employees. • Communicating with clients and suppliers, addressing requests, and optimizing services. • Budget management and reporting, ensuring cost-effective operations. • Supervising legal compliance and internal processes. What do we expect from you? • Education: high school/university degree. • The ability to lead and motivate a team; strong organizational skills. • Technical awareness of building operations and security processes. • Independence and responsibility; ability to solve operational problems. • Communication and negotiation skills; customer-oriented approach. • Language: communicative English. • Driver’s license (Category B) – active driver. • Knowledge of PC operations (MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage).
