Right Hand to CEO (m/w) Prague Be the key support to company management. We are looking for a skilled assistant (male or female) to join our team who can handle both daily administrative tasks and support for top management. If you are meticulous, communicative, and independent, this might be the right job opportunity for you. We would like to welcome someone who takes ownership of their work and isn't afraid to operate in a dynamic environment. 🤝 What your responsibilities will look like: 🌙 Supporting the CEO and executives – planning, reminding, organizing. 🌙 Handling emails and phone calls – scheduling meetings. 🌙 Supporting top management – coordinating and organizing. 🌙 Ensuring smooth office operations – from placing orders to organizing services. What we will need from you: 🌙 Precision in planning, organizing, and administration. 🌙 Ability to handle various situations – even independently. 🌙 Knowledge of the English language is essential for us – international clients. 🌙 A valid Group B driver's license. 🌙 Proficiency in MS Office at a user level. 🌙 Experience in a similar position is an advantage for us – but your enthusiasm matters more. 🌙 Pleasant and professional demeanor – you should master communication effortlessly. What you can expect from us: 🌙 25 days of vacation and 7 sick days. 🌙 Working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (one-hour lunch break). 🌙 Meal allowance and Multisport card. 🌙 Home office – after initial training and upon agreement. 🌙 Comfortable working environment in the center of Prague.
