We are looking for a System Engineer and IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Workplace: Frauenfeld and Zurich area Responsibilities • Operation and maintenance of sophisticated IT infrastructure for our clients • Execution and monitoring of IT projects • Operation and optimization of the virtual server environment for our clients • Management and optimization of Microsoft services in the areas of Active Directory, Exchange On-Premise / Office365, Remote Desktop Service • Project management for replacement and implementation of new systems (primarily in the Microsoft environment) • Network maintenance and setup (DHCP / DNS / Routing / Firewall / VPN) • Recognizing and solving problems via remote and telephone support • Maintenance and servicing of hardware and software • Creation of concepts (design) • Implementation of ICT infrastructure solutions in the Microsoft and VMware environment • Implementation of storage and backup solutions (HPE and Veeam) • Analyzing customer requirements (business processes, functions) • Analyzing system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements) • Advising our clients Your Profile • Completed training as an EFZ IT systems specialist or equivalent experience in the aforementioned areas of activity • Excellent German language skills • Good English language skills • Strong team-oriented and service-oriented personality with a solution-driven work approach • Valid driver's license, class B
