System Engineer, Focus ICT Support/M365 (m/f/d), 80-100% MediData ensures reliable networking – for optimal processes, flexible collaboration, and sustainable digitalization in the Swiss healthcare system. Since 1994, the company based in Root D4 (LU) has been connecting participants in healthcare – from medical practices, hospitals, and care homes to Spitex, laboratories, health insurers, cantons, and authorities. As a System Engineer, you ensure smooth operations and support our team with technical challenges. You automate processes, maintain important documentation, and bring fresh perspectives to exciting projects. Your commitment to on-call service ensures the security of our systems around the clock. Your responsibilities **Point of contact:** You are the first point of contact for our internal employees and address incident reports, inquiries, and change requests – whether via phone, email, or our ticket system. Your contribution ensures that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. **Support:** In 1st and 2nd level support for software and hardware issues, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the savior in times of technical difficulties. **Maintenance:** Installing, configuring, and maintaining workplace computers and peripheral devices are among your tasks. You ensure our employees are equipped with optimal working conditions. **Management:** You assist with managing user accounts and access rights, ensuring everyone has the right resources. You keep track of everything and ensure security and efficiency. **Documentation:** You carefully document support requests and solutions to ensure seamless tracking and a valuable knowledge base. Your documentation is key to smooth operations and continuous improvements. **Projects:** You actively contribute to IT projects and assist in the continuous improvement of our IT systems. Your dedication helps us stay up-to-date and develop innovative solutions. Your profile **Education:** You have completed an IT vocational apprenticeship or have equivalent, extensive professional experience. **Experience:** You have solid experience in IT workplace support and are proficient with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace tools. **Continuing education:** Strong knowledge and ongoing training in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and office applications. **Languages:** Fluent in German, technical English in spoken and written form. **Mobility:** Valid driver's license: Category B (car).
