For our client in 94481 Grafenau, a leading manufacturer of high-quality, customer-specific valves, fittings, and sensors in fluid technology, we are looking for a Tool Mechanic with Team Leader responsibilities (m/f/d) for a 2-shift operation to start immediately.
Do you have a technical qualification, such as Precision Mechanic (m/f/d) or Tool Mechanic (m/f/d) in the field of mold technology or a comparable area?

Working hours: Early shift Mon-Thu 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM; Fri until 12:30 PM, Late shift Mon-Thu 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM; Fri until 5:30 PM
Salary: 22.00 to 26.00 € per hour
Your responsibilities:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Processing mold inserts, sliders, and sprue bushings
- Managing maintenance, repair, and optimization of injection molds, from fit adjustment to surface treatment
- Analyzing fault causes and developing solution proposals within the team
- Ensuring continuous operational readiness of all tools
- Coordinating with the injection molding department to collaboratively overcome technical challenges
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a Precision Mechanic (m/f/d) or Tool Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in mold technology or a comparable field
- Ideally, familiarity with injection molding tools and experience in their maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and fine mechanical components
- Initial experience in a leadership role is desirable
- A team player with sensitivity towards colleagues and the ability to delegate tasks clearly
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift rotation)
